Art is what you make it. Its that big gallery you went to but also that photo you took of the trees because you thought they looked nice today. It’s pictures of you and your friends and sometimes art is even that bench you sat on while eating lunch. But only if you want it to be art. You can say that only art that can be put in galleries and art that can be sold is art. But art can also be the small things people of worked on to make the word more visually pleasing. Like that bench. And your coffee cup. And your kids drawing they tried really hard at. It's all the sketches you say were bad, but it was really just you improving. It's the final composition after long days of working. It's what you make it.

Craft is the longest process in art because it never stops. You never top building your craft and your experience. You're always building your experience and your knowledge an the way you do things. I started my craft when I was very young because there has never been a time where I haven't been interested in art or design. But craft does have a more professional aspect. You wouldn't call you 13 year old's drawings of anime craft. However working professionally as an artist, and growing through work and learning is what craft is. It's both practicing your own art but also researching and building your knowledge. It's going to museums and galleries to see others peoples work and looking up symbolism. All so you can apply it to your own craft and work to make it your own.

Design is how you produce something. It's planning the composition of it and seeing how functional it is to what you need but adding that artistic aspect. Its practicality and art combined. And that way of thinking and planning to get something new and unique.

What is Design
What is art?
What is Craft
Craft vs Knowledge

Craft and Knowledge are a team, they influence each other all the time. Knowledge provides as a sort of bank or shed of tools that creativity and pick and choose and bend. Knowledge is your options and creativity is how you use them. For example you have a vague sketchbook assignment such as Everything your favorite color. Knowledge provides information about different routes you could complete the assignment because of how you've seen other art, and it shows you things that are your favorite color and creativity runs with that information to create something unique and your own. These two sets continue to help each other even if they are very different such as a math problem. Now you might think that it takes all knowledge to solve it but the way you solve it and show your work is creativity because different people do it differently they show whats important or what they need while the knowledge solves the problem. These two work hand in hand in everyday life from dealing with academics to dealing with life problems
